The Infection Prevention Leaders Academy was designed as a didactic and interactive curriculum in order to provide additional training in Infection Prevention, develop a cadre of knowledgeable leaders that can help initiate, coordinate, and disseminate Infection Prevention initiatives, empower healthcare professionals to educate peers on correct application of Infection Prevention, and create a culture of safety and quality improvement. Participants complete a comprehensive training program with a curriculum on a par with evidence-based practical approach to Infection Prevention.
